Mary Hart Design LLC is a land planning and landscape architecture firm in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our focus is creating communities and places in harmony with the environment and with sensibility rooted to place. Design solutions evolve from a collaborative process with clients, architects, engineers, and special consultants, guided by three principles:

Land - An authentic design begins with the land, but integrates a respect for regional context, climate, and culture. Each site is a unique challenge that provides opportunities to enhance the project with fresh ideas and connect people with place.

Spaces Between – the “spaces between” are not leftovers but places to be integrated with architecture, providing dynamic outdoor spaces that allow living in connection with the environment.

Principal Mary Hart, ASLA, RLA, LEED AP, has practiced land planning and landscape architecture since 1986, working in the Rocky Mountain region since 1994. With a varied background including experience in the public planning sector and a large international multidisciplinary office, Mary serves clients who are looking for greater efficiency, value, and personal service.
